Ancroseal-Sealant for Granite Block Gap Filling
Services/Ancroseal-Sealant for Granite Block Gap Filling
Ultimate Solution for Seamless Granite Block Gap Filling
We proud to say that we developed sealant named Ancroseal.Ancroseal is a silica filled concrete of thermosetting polymer of Furfuryl Alcohol. The
Ancroseal is formulated to be cast into formwork as a monolithic topping over conventional Portland cement concrete surfaces. Ancroseal having very high compressive strength compare to other chemical resistant mortars and concentration of many chemicals at elevated temperature in services usually associated with acid resistant bricks/ granite sealing and mortar construction. Ancroseal is black in colour. Ancroseal specially formulated & developed for application such as granite sealant for pickling tanks. Also can be apply for floors, pump pads, tank bottoms, tank foundations, trenches, sumps etc. Ancroseal can renovate existing
chemically deteriorated concrete floors or be applied to new concrete as a preventive, maintenance measure.
Outstanding features:
- Excellent Physical properties- low porosity, high compressive strength.
- Ease of application – Components are proportioned for easy mixing.
- Wide Range of Chemical Resistances.
- Low Shrinkage.
- Non-flammable when cured.
- Can withstand temperatures up to 150 0 C.
Usage Instructions for Ancroseal Sealant:
1. Surface Preparation:
– Clean the granite surfaces thoroughly to remove any dust, dirt, or debris.
