We carryout rubber lining work specially in Steel Industries, Acid proof tile lined/ Fullgranite system Pickling Process Tank.We fabricating Pickling Tanks, this includes 4/5 stage of Rinse tanks, Overflow Boxes &Pickling tanks. After proper inspection surface cleaning by carry out shot/grit blasting.We start Rubber lining process in Hot/ Cold bonding system.Normally for Acid prooflined Pickling we suggest 5-6mm specially formulated rubber lining Hot/Cold bonding system.For full Granite block system Process Pickling Tank we suggest bottom 10mm thick 2ply
of 5mm thick each & Vertical 6mm thick 2 ply of 3mm thick each.
